Yes there are plenty threads talking about problems with the D600 dust spots and that's all you tend to hear. This thread however is for those who haven't had a problem with it. Please post here if you've yet to have a problem with this camera and maybe restore some balance to the question.

3000 shots with mine using quite a few different lenses in all conditions and only 2 tiny dust spots at f22. Cant be seen at all at f11 and below

No major issue with dust, and love the camera. For me it's more than the resolution that appeals, the tones and colours always come out spot on. The smart Auto ISO makes it much easier to use the aperture to control DoF creatively. No complaints with autofocus either.

Nice to hear some folks who are happy with theirs. I think the pity is that the D600 in all other respects is an exceptional piece of kit. Thanks to everyone who's posted so far.

I have some on mine. You can see them if you shoot with a high aperture. But I usually stay between 2.8 & 5.6 so i rarely have any issues. Last time I saw a few, i cleaned the sensor.

Really not seeing what all the fuss is about. Sometimes I think photographers just like to moan like a bunch of little girls. Just go out and take some real photographs rather than of white walls!

Going to stick my neck on the block, touch wood, etc etc, but after having black spots on my previous D600 and changed it for a new one, so far (6,000+ actuations in) all I have is a little dust (top left, again!) at F22. Not seen in "normal" photographs.

Fingers crossed...!

It is a very good camera in all other respects (apart from the focus points not being spread wide enough to use continual focus on a moving object unless it's close to the middle of the viewfinder).
