Hey guys..

Was out earlier and had a tiny spray of water drop into the camera onto the mirror? (I'm still new to this so I haven't the foggiest what it's called) whilst changing lenses so tried to wipe it with a earbud cloth.
Now the damned thing just flashes err at me and refuses to take pictures.. I've tried with different batteries / lenses / sd cards - no result.
I've also found that when I tried another lens, the mirror isn't there? I've never noticed it flipped up before.. So is it normal, or?

Please don't tell me the things broken after I've had it only a couple weeks?!

Mirror-Lock Up is greyed out in the menu and has --?
I do have manual aperture rings on both lenses, and have tried scrolling through but no result.
It's not stuck, as if i try to take a picture it'll come down - then if i try another, it'll disappear again - Just stays in that cycle.

Thanks for that link. Funnily enough, my camera bag was in a damp room yesterday, and felt oddly damp when iItried to use it.
It suggests gently pushing the mirror back? Good suggestion?

Make sure that both your aperture rings are set to the widest setting (the lowest number). If they aren't, you'll get an error message.

I'm not sure about pushing the mirror back; can you take a picture of what you mean with a camera phone and upload it so we can see?

It's set to the one that doesn't give me the f33 error, I just insert the lens, turn it round and click?
It sounds as if the camera is taking pictures, but it isn't saving or showing anything. Nothing comes up on the screen after I take one etc.

+ Just had a look and the cameras done 22196 clicks.. Is that a lot?

I can attach a lens, turn the thing on & take one picture and it'll revert to normal:

And if I take another photo, it'll revert back to photo #1 etc etc.
Could something be jamming? Or just plain broken?
 
Seems to be sorted now..

I took loads of pictures, and it eventually sounded as if it was taking 2 at a time?
I reset a few times with the button under the camera and took more pictures..
After a little while it went back to one picture making the mirror stuck etc and after a couple more it's now back to normal.

Maybe something was blocking it or it just buggered up, but it works now so hopefully it doesn't do it again :P
