Neewer do their own triggers on amazon. I can vouch for them. I had success with the combo. Think they were cheaper too.

They will work perfectly fine, you will not have TTL with them though.

Without ttl can I still adjust flash power via my d3300 with this? Hopefully will be able to control. Overexposure with shutter and ISO if Not

You can't adjust the flash power via the camera.
The best and most consistent way to use the flash is set up your camera correctly,
adjust the flash on its control panel, take a test shot and see what you need to do (to the flash) to get a correct exposure.
