d lite4 kit with an orbis ring

Hi,
I was wondering if there was a way to fire my elinchrom d lite4 lights using a camera mounted flashgun? I miss being able to harness 3 light sources and elinchrom's skyport takes up the hotshoe on my camera meaning no way to use my orbis ringflash alongside the d lites. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance guys

Hello.
From what I remember the D-Lites have optical sensor, therefore you can use the ring flash to fire the lights and dont need the skyport.
If you are indoors where there is not huge amounts of ambient light and no other flashes etc. going off then it will work fine.
