D.I.Y Rendering ?

Hello all,

I'm doing some maintenance work on one of my properties and have a rendered wall with a piece missing ( I cannot remember what was there !) As this is only about 7x4 inch's I intend just to fill myself but does anyone have any idea how to get the stippling affect to at least try and match it ?

Thanks Nod, I've never done any rendering in the past and this is the only bit of rendering on any of my properties ( I'm not a big fan)

Something that size I would just fill and then stipple the surface with a stick or pencil, once painted you'll never notice
