cyclist killed in Spalding - can you help?

If he is the guilty party, I hope they throw everything they have at him. No matter what the circumstances of the accident, driving away and leaving the victim lying there is about as low as you can get.

I hope so. It's not going to change what happened, but at least they might get some answers.

Absolutely Sarah, I'd say verging on murder in my eyes. To accidentally hit someone is a tragic accident, but to deliberately leave them there to die is just horiffic and shows a deep disregard for human life the same as any murderer.

Superb news! .....all being well it will be the guilty party and suitable justice will be served not that anything can possibly ease the hurt for the family nor can anything bring the poor cyclist back to his loved ones.......all that can come of it positively is that the same person will be off the road and hopefully the punishment will be a suitable deterent for others to think about how they drive and what respect they have (or don't have) for other road users.
 
yep I know Jill and I have asked her why a deer would be wearing a hi vis jacket, it will all come out in the wash I guess. Don't want to speculate tbh, just hope Ste gets some peace.
 
I actually felt sick reading the first page of that forum. I hope they find the guilty party. Must be awful for the family.
