Customer can't save low res jpegs?

I sent out a batch of low res jpeg orders this morning. 4 customers all had images emailed exactly the same way as I normally send them. 1 has come back and said she can't open or save them, so I've sent them again and she's come back saying she still can't open/save.

The only thing I can see is that in the chain of messages the original email has the photos attached, they seem to be compressed to tiny distorted thumbnails. She's using a work email by the looks of it, could it be the email provider that's ruining the images? They should be 6x4 low res but don't seem to be coming through as that. She's using Win7 if that makes any difference.

Not sure what to suggest though other than send them on a disc as never had this problem before...
 
what is the file size?
 
If its a works email it could well be a spam filter or firewall that is blocking them.
Best to send them on a disc
 
If she can see them she can save them
 
Ask her for a different email address and make sure she's not trying to do all this on her phone.
 
Yep I've just replied asking her for another email or offered to put on disc in post... very strange, I can only think its the anti virus on the email system as 3 other orders went out at the same time and were fine.
