Custom Panorama Printing PROBLEM!!

Hello,

I have a panorama with the dimensions of 27099x3377 pixels, 300dpi. However, when I have a look at printing websites I can't find anything that will not crop the photo down or without cropping it will have to be printed at 2m x 250cm. Ideally i would like it to have a width of about 1m x 200cm. Do I have to alter the photo in post-production or are there printing companies that can help me do this? Thanks.

What software do you have?

Your image dimensions are approx. 8x length to 1x height, to print at 1m x 200cm is a ratio of 5x length to 1x height.

Hi thanks. I use photoshop to put the photos together and ligthroom to edit them.

I'm not sure you have a grasp of cropping ratios, have a read of this tutorial,

You could always put a large border round it if you don't wish to crop

E-mail this company alcame@hotmail.co.uk I know that they can print long prints on paper not sure about glossy prints.

This is what I was referring to, obviously you need to change colour etc but you could also print the location or anything you wish on the border

Have I got this right? You are looking for a print that would be 24.92cm x 200cm

No. On websites thats its custom size however it's too large realistically I want it half the length and the same height. I know the aspect ratio is huge but is there anyway I can change this in post or do something. Without cropping or running the quality? Thx for the reply

I think you would need to start again unless you put a border round it just as admirable said.

I print my own panoramas on a Canon IPF5100. I can print up to 17inches tall by 40ft long.

I'd be happy to print your pano for you if it fits in with that size?
