Has anyone ordered from lencarta recently? What sort of delivery time did you have?

I ordered a bg reflector on Thursday and it's not arrived yet, normally it's next day. Just wondered what sort of lead time I could expect.

I also sent an email query on wednesday which didn't get replied and one today chasing the reflector....
 
I spoke to Garry yesterday regarding a smartflash 3 head kit - he said delivery time was next day if ordered before 2pm.
 
Delivery is normally next day provided that the order is received by 2 p.m., but sometimes things can go wrong.

Chris, your order delivery address is a shop and it was closed when the driver attempted delivery. The warehouse have told me that it will now be delivered on Thursday, and the couriers have been told not to deliver before 9 a.m.

I did get an email from you today, there wasn't any point in answering it until I had the answer from the warehouse. I didn't get one from you last week.

Ok garry thanks for looking into that for me, I didn't expect the courier to come before 8.45 which is why I specified the work address.

I sent the query via the contact us page on the site. Will resend as a normal email. Cheers

Yes, it can go tomorrow for delivery Thursday as long as the order comes in by 2 p.m. tomorrow
 
Mine came next day (well, effectively next day after as I ordered at 6pm) which I was pleased with.
 
big thumbs up for lencarta service. ordered on thursday and was in my house friday. warehouse left out the beauty dish which was sorted and sent out on next day delivery again.

gary has been on te end of the phone and emails for me. great service.
