OK, i have a composite image in CS6 made up of 5 images as layers and 1 adjustment layer (Curves). I want to apply a filter to the image resulting from all of the layers but I do not want to flatten the image. I am sure there is a way to copy all of the layers into one layer on top of the stack but can't remember how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Cmd+alt+shift+E on a Mac I believe. Cant help on a PC but it will be something similar :)

for the record on a pc its pretty much the same ctrl+alt+shift+e, otherwise known as THE CLAW
