continually get ...

Delete you existing download and re download. It could be a corrupt file. mine downloaded fine, but I have had occasions that a download has been corrupted. Re downloading solved the problem

did you have to sign in to Adobe before you could download, I did

agree with John, delete and start again, I had no problem and no I did not register with adobe to download
