CS5 or Lightroom 3 Presentation ?

Hi, I want to be able to present images at a reasonably high resolution on either CD or DVD and make them Read Only so they cannot be copied or edited. Could anyone advise me if this can be done using CS5 or Lightroom 3 and if so how, or if this is not possible is there any other way that this can be done ? Any help would be very much appreciated.

No, this can't be done. Not by any application.

Pictures2Exe is reasonably uncopiable. But even this can be circumvented.
