CS5 Issue

I fancied trying my hand at Photo Merge

when I open an image- drop down the file icon - select Automate -Photomerge

I get the following error warning

Error 22

Window does not have a constructor Line 388

var = new Window (res);

any ideas???

"Hold down Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) when you start up Photoshop to reset the preferences."
