CS5 help

Hi guys,
Right I have a bit of a dilema, I have a portfolio for college to hand in next week and have changed tactics and decided to do it all on computer not in a scrap book now, I was just wondering is there anyway I can cut a few corners with regards to page set ups like in a word presentation?

This would be a great help if anyone could help me.

I'm really not sure I understand what you mean, you can copy paste text in photoshop as you can in say publisher or word, is it just images or text as well?
