CS5 colour settings

Following on from my thread here...

...in post 6 I have shown the ticked box which applies adobe rgb settings.

Is there anyway of this box always being unticked? It seems to be ticked with each photo I try and save.

Have tried a quick google search but not found anything.

I suspect this is coming from the camera settings. Do you have Adobe RGB selected as the default colour space from the camera?
