CS4 Problem.

Hi.
I have just received CS4. When i load the disk into my Pc and try to install i get a "file Access denied" pop up? Could anyone please enlighten me as to why this is happening?

try and right click and install as admin

Try contacting adobe. they should sort any issues out

Did you try to deactivate all firewall and anti-virus applications before installing CS4?

did you drag it off the cd and install it from the desktop

The problem was with my firewall. Just had to open the exe and run it from there. Also had to download the update from Adobe to enable it to open D90 Raw files.
