CS4 image re-sizing Question

Hi

Can anyone help me with this please: I want to re-size an image to put on here but want to keep the aspect ratio. I have SC4. I know there's a tutorial on here for it but it doesn't show how its done in CS4..or maybe I'm blind!

Hi Myke.

With the image selected
Go to:
Image
Image size
and enter the No of pixels you want the image to be, make sure the "constrain proportions" box is ticked

If you are making the image smaller, there is a little pull down menu on the resize section where you can select 'Bicubic Sharper (Best for Reductions)'. There is another option for enlargements.

Images sometimes get a bit soft during size reduction, and the Bicubic Sharper setting tries to compensate for that, but additional sharpening may be needed.
