CS3 Workflow problem

Hi All,

I am pants at using photoshop - there, I said it

I want to set up an 'Action' (If thats the right word) so when I go to save a file it will automatically save the PSD file and an image quality 10 JPEG. Is this possible?

If so how?

I've just created an action for you if you would like it .I created it in CS5 though it should work.
