CS3 Layer pallete (its not there)

You know at the side on the left where it says channels and paths, well I dunno what I did but iv lost the layers thingy so get new layers etc, does anyone know how i get it back?

Think it could be click on window on the top tool bar and then reset pallete locations.

Omg after all that thats all it took lol, I looked at every menu other than windows, I assume its just info about the program, durrrr lol xD!

Sorry I dont have it lol That might sound funny but most of the photoshop products do the same thing.. I am not posh enough to own cs3 yet ... MAYBE IN THE FUTURE.
