Hi, I'm fairly new to photoshop and dont understand most of it.

I have just started shoting in RAW giving the odd little tweek to the WB and boosting the satuation a little.

Is there any good books out there or must have plugins?

Loads of very good books out there for Photoshop, have you tried Amazon , do a search and see what turns up :)

I have Photoshop CS3 for Dummies which is a good book for beginners and aslo have Brilliant Photshop CS3 which is also good and I got both at bargin prices!

Another idea is Google tutorials on CS3 and there a loads of websites that can help.
