CS2 question !

Hi,

Have an odd quirk. When I use the lasoo tool to select something in CS2 I like to feather it to create a soft edge. However, whenever I attempt to feather it I get this

Warning: No pixels are more than 50% selected. The selection edges will not be visible.

As such, I cant seem to feather my edges. Very annoying.

Any ideas?

Do you have an empty layer selected?

Marcel gives you the answer I think, or you are selecting an exceptionally small area.

Your feathering is larger than the selction you are making. Lower the pixel count in feathering area.

I usually get this problem when I've been playing with a full size image with feathering , then I resize to say 800 pixels & forget to change feathering accordingly.
