CS2 Boring Fonts!!!

Ive got a couple of old pics with text overlaid in what I think is Lucida Blackletter.
I cant remember whether theyre from when I used PS7 or a Serif prog.

Is there something similar for CS2?
All the fonts look much the same and very boring from what I can see.
I want something nice and gothic.

The fonts are store in a windows folder called Fonts if you had it before and have not reformatted the font you used should still be on your system so should still be available in cs2 otherwise do a google search and download the said font or something similar there are a few free fonts available

Unfortunately, Ive had a new pc since CS2 came along.

Im Googling, but up to now have only found fonts to buy!

These are all free, there's a charge if you download the 6,500 package though.

I used Lucida Handwritting on a load of stuff a while back and with new pcs have lost the font and cant find it for free anywhere

I think the whole Lucida font group might not be free I cant for the life of me work out how or where I got it from either.

Dafont.com have a lot of free gothic fonts though (and tons of others) Linky. You can also preview text in that font before you download it etc

I have used these for free fonts before Glo. You might also find many of your extra fonts will have been installed with MS Office which would explain why they are not there now.

I have Lucinda Handwriting Jimmy, can try zipping and sending if you want it? Dont know if it will work. Haven got a Lucinda gothic style, but do seem to have every other lucinda font :bonk:

Not sure if this is any help, but I've got a huge collection of fonts on my puter, which I'll quite happily send to people if they want them?

Some of them are rubbish, but there are some pretty good ones. It takes a while to go through them and install them but worth it in the long run.

All virus/spyware/malware free (checked by me)

EDIT: For some reason I'm missing any fonts starting with A or B, but I have got loads from C-Z

FURTHER EDIT: The files are 1.3Gb, and there are around 25,000 fonts, so I'll find some space to host it...

You might want to be carefull hosting it as most fonts have some copyright, wouldn't want you to get in trouble.

I was looking back at our linotype font disk we have at work, its now 13 years old and still going strong at the time it cost over £4000 for it.

True Glen, but AFAIK These were all free fonts, someone just packaged them all together, but I see what you're saying...

I download fonts into a seperate folder and use Amp font viewer to look at them and install.
Saves you copying loads into windows font folder and then opening up photoshop and having to scroll through a huge list.
