High all, I'm very new to photoshop cs2 or any photoshop for that matter and I have a little prob. I'm trying to crop a photo to a certain size, 180 pwl high and 152 pxl wide, for an ID card. When I choose the crop tool I don't see an option to choose the size and when I just try to re-size the image it doesn't go to the size I need. I know this is probably school boy stuff but I'm stuck. please help. thank you

PS is not my thing so there may be a better way..

When you choose the crop tool a dialog box should appear with width and height settings.
Type 152 and 180 in those boxes.
When you drag a crop on the picture it will be in those proportions (not size)
Ok the crop then go to image size and change it to 152 pixels wide and because the image is in the right proportions the height will automatically become 182 pixels.
Unless you need a small image file I wouldn't resize it. Just set the size in cm in the print dialogue and print from the larger file with better detail.

Ah well.... as Robert has said with pictures!

Actually, you can put in cm instead of px for pixels..... you can give any dimensions you like for a fixed crop size.
