Creativelive are running a week of free online Photoshop workshops starting on Monday 25th Feb.
For those that haven't heard of Creativelive, it is a site that runs free online workshops on various creative topics, mainly Photography and image editing (though they are diversifying
). The courses are free to watch, and whilst live, you have the option to ask questions via a chat box. The days course is repeated until the next days class starts.
They make their money from people buying the videos of the courses to download. Whilst the courses are on there is a discount if you buy the videos of the course.
If you register you can enrol on a forthcoming course, which only means they will send you emails the day before to remind you, and an hour or so before the webcast starts. You can also see the start time of the courses in the timezone you are in if you set it when you register. Start times are usually 5pm to around midnight in GMT as they are usually broadcast from Seattle, USA.
I have found nearly all of the courses I've watched to be of excellent quality, and they are well worth a look if you have the time.
