Creating Templates in CS4

I am trying to work out how to make a template in Photoshop CS4, (or Lightroom 3 if possible)

I need to be able to print multiples of 37x47mm on an A4 - like a contact sheet
The images will vary for this from time to time

Hi Trev, I'm not sure if everything is still available but back when I was using "Lightroom 3" there was some very good training videos on Kelby Training plus some ready made templates to download and fully adjustable, might be worth giving it a look.
