CREATING FRAME EDGES

I am looking for help in creating frame edges on photographs. Not the rub-it-out, or solid frames, but creative swirls and baroque styles that can be colour changed and moved/reduced. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

How about Baroque brushes? There are various ones free on the web when not for commercial use

I did a search for "baroque frames for photoshop" and am still working my way through them.

I have also been searching for something similar and just had a lead from Alibony Design & Graphics that may help me in Elements 10 with brushes.

Just need to find them and see if I can download the brushes into Elements 10.
