Hi, how do i create the cloudy effects on Corel like the attached (images courteous of google).

Hi I'm sorry I can't help you with this one as I have never used Corel Paint shop but I'm sure we must have some users here ?
If not try google or you tube

from what iv seen the set up is pretty similar to psp but im not sure how to use that either (n)
