hi guys,

just a quick question has anone used CRAZY CAMERAS web site to buy equip?as i have been unable to contact them via phone(always answer machine never called me back)and through email never had reply both have been tried several times
 
up until now a hadent googled them,now i wish a hadent,seems i am not the only one they have taken for a ride,lots of bad reviews with the same complaint!
 
I have to say i thought i had made a big mistake when i ordered from these guys.I placed an order for an Olympus e520 twin lens bundle on the 17/1/10.After reading lots of bad reviews i thought i would never receive this item.It has been hard work contacting them although in the end they did answer my emails.I even tried to cancel the order at one stage but had no luck.Last email sent 2 days ago stating i was going to report to CC company.Surprise surprise the camera turned up today.It does seem that i may be one of the lucky ones.And i would never recommend this company to any body.
 
I wouldnt recommend them but I got a sb900 off them before christmas, they delivered it very quick considering it came from the US. Customer service is absolutely dire though.
