CR2 files not showing

And when you say the thumbnails are not showing, do you mean in Window$ Explorer or in Adobe Bridge?

I don't think the is a RAW file plug in for Win7.

With Bridge, it depends what Canon camera it is and what version of Adobe Camera Raw you have. :shrug:

Looking here ;) ACR v5.7 was the last version compatible with CS4, and the 50D, if that is what you are using, has been compatible with ACR since v4.6.

Quite simple really you had at sometime updated ACR on your original computer ,now you have re-installed the software on another computer you need to update ACR again as per the above post.
 
Hi,

Got it sorted thanks. The thumbnails were not showing in bridge. I updated from the help drop down list in bridge. The thumbnails were stil not showing so I then tried purging the cache. Edit, Preferences, Select catche from list and then select purge cache. This you have to do once you have updated.
