You would highly recommend this book because it reinforces your beliefs in much the same way as Facebook supplies people with information in which they have expressed an interest thereby giving the false impression that it is the prevalent view.

As Bobsyeruncle has said, there are millions whose eyes will never open again...and many more to come if they take the half-truths in this book seriously.

I’ve been vaccinated because it was the right thing to do but I refuse to live in fear, refuse to wear a mask and will never carry a covid / vaccine passport. I will never be locked up again.

I people are scared of catching covid they can stay at home.

I'm not living in fear and even during lockdown was never locked up. I'm not scared of catching covid either, but if the experts tell me to wear a mask, then I will. If they tell me to carry a covid passport, I'll do that too, and if there's another lockdown I'll also obey that....
Why wouldn't I?
Because I'm sensible, and trust the experts employed by the government, not just in this country, but worldwide.....maybe covid will turn out to be less dangerous than expected, but even with all the measures taken throughout the world, more than 4.5 million people have lost their lives to covid related issues.....imagine how many more there would be if everyone adopted your attitude.

Rarely do I get involved...but

Refusal to take a test, especially (if) with symptoms, is a really dangerous attitude, if not to the refuser and his family but to goodness knows how many others.

I'm in Scotland, we test twice (LFT) a week. I have a 9 year old Daughter, who does the test with no complaints. 9 years old and she does it, no questions asked because 'she's doing her bit'.

Last Friday, my wife did her LFT test, it was positive and she went on to have a positive PCR later that day. My Wife shut herself in our room, I've slept on a campbed in the living room since and my Daughter has been a trooper, taken it on herself to spend time in her room. Nobody has been made to do this, we choose to and not just trying to protect ourselves but others too.

It's not been fun, I've been a worried man for both my girls and then myself after that.

We're a week in, my wife has been rough but is improving, so far, my daughter and myself have been ok, both testing negative on Wednesday with LFTs.

I don't really want to think that a person of conspiracy traits and beliefs out there might've caused this last frantic, hectic and anxious week for us (by not being tested), but if they want to believe that there is no virus and testing is all a government ploy to instill fear etc etc, then that's upto them.

At least we can sleep at night, knowing we've done what any decent human being would do, even a 9 year old girl has as said 'done her bit', to protect us here at home and maybe many others by keeping the virus that is here (with no doubt now), within these walls. If our actions have saved one life this week, then it's job done in that respect. My wife is improving and so far, my daughter and myself are symptom free, with that LFT making the probable difference.

All I have to say, charge on!
 
In the light of Strictly having to get rid of the studio audience due to a couple having covid and the apparent fact that some of the dancers are refusing to have a covid injection, perhaps it is time to get tough with these snowflakes and woke brigade and like some folk at my wife's care home who have had to leave work because of their refusal; is it time for 'No jab, No job'?

Agree with this (not testing if no symptoms) I’ve had three tests since all this started all for the purposes of travel but other than that I don’t bother. Don’t wear a mask either unless I’m required to such as in health settings, airports and planes.

Do they still do nit inspections?

Nitty Nora was never a welcome sight when I was a nipper
