Cornwall Cameras - Has Anyone Used Them?

i live not far from cornwall cameras they seem pretty good although i`ve never bought from them because they are way expensive then other retailers.

However they did help my missus pick out a camera bag for a surprise christmas present for me and she said they were really helpful and knew what size of bag to do for to fit my equipment at the time.
 
Only time I have used them is for a canvas print (which I won through entry of a local guardian newspaper)
£24.99 for (I think) 8x10"(ish) canvas. It was one of the worst canvas prints I have seen in a while. The canvas itself was not bad, more so how it was made. I wont even use a free voucher in there for another canvas. It was so bad, I gave it away to a charity stall holding a tombola.
