Hi I just take pics for a rugby team im involved with, a couple of years ago I took a pic of two people being presented with there caps, a few months later someone informed me that they where on a website setup for rugby caps, one of our committee is a QC and he said that if I wanted them removed from the website its not a problem even if there is nothing printed on the pic ( copyright), after a few emails to the comapy they agreed that the pic did belong to me ( after they tried saying they took them) I told them they where welcome to show it on there site as long as the put the copyright of the pic to me
