The nice man approach worked first time! The photo's have been removed and I'm now a happy man. Thank you for all your help, speculation and advice. Having researched the links I am confident I own the copyright and stated as such and it's had the desired effect.

You could have also said that he is bringing the company name into "Disrepute" (i think the word is) and that you could have prosecuted him.

We have this within our contracts that we sign to say even when we have left the company, we cannot bring the Company name in to any crap.
Facebook would be deemed as bad press etc and we would be told accordingly.

Depends what he was saying. If he said that someone was involved in an RTA then there's no desrepute.

Its all pointless now anyway as the problem has been rectified ammicably
