converting to jpeg

does anyone know whats the best way to batch convert raw files to jpeg say for example you have a load of holiday pics and there is nothing special so you just want to convert and get them printed.

You could use instant jpeg from raw, it's a free software that quickly (very quickly) extracts the jpeg from your raw files, handy for a quick look or the web.
What software do you already have?

hi wayne i already have viewnx2 which will convert a jpeg just wondered if there is anything that will do a number in one go or is that not possible.

In the ViewNX2 Browser window select all the files that you want to convert then just use File / Convert Files.

If you ever want to batch edit in ViewNX2 select all the files that you want to apply the same edit to (eg WB) in the Browser window, open the edit window by clicking on the Edit button and make your edits.
