Converting to Arca Swiss plates.

I have a manfrotto tripod head with their quick release system.

Looking to convert it to Arca Swiss style plates instead as I am looking to get an l bracket for my camera. Can anyone recommend the best clamp to buy to fit to my tripod head?

Will one off eBay for about £10 be ok or am I better off spending more?

I used one of the Hejnar Photos adapters, main reason was the confidence in them not failing which I wouldn't have with the £10 jobbies from ebay, which may of course be perfectly serviceable (but I wasn't going to risk it )
