I currently have:-

Nikon D60 DSLR w/ 18-55mm AF-S VR DX lens
Pentax ME Super SLR w/ 50mm lens (off with Harrow Technical for repair/service)
Pentax ZX5 SLR w/ 35-80mm FA lens (needs repair, mirror motor needs fixing)

Looking to expand with a couple of primes for the Nikon D60, and wondered if it's worth consolidating into one manufacturer to share the lenses ?
A Nikon F65 SLR can be had for not very much, and I understand the AF-S lenses should work fine with both the D60 and F65 ? (although not the DX kit lens).

Alternatively, I could go the Pentax route and pick up a DSLR to share the lenses with the film SLRs. Not so sure what I should be looking at here, and budget is limited (wouldn't want to spend more than £150-£200 for a second hand Pentax DSLR).

The Nikon route looks to be the cheapest - I can pick up a F65 with kit lens and a 50mm AF-S lens for about £120.
Suggestions ?

I like (well, liked when I used film) Pentax kit, but both your pentaxes seem to need repair. Nikon lenses aren't especally cheap compared with film era Minolta/Sony fit, and if what you wanted was a decent pair of cameras of equivalent or better performance to the D60 etc then you'd be better off picking up Minolta/sony cameras and lenses. Otherwise yes, go for the F65 & lenses.

If you go for Nikon, it would probably be worth paying a bit extra for the F80 (or even the F100 if budget allows). Kit lenses of the F65/F80 era probably won't be AF-S lenses, so won't autofocus on your D60, but you might consider something like the 24-85/3.5-4.5 G if you want cross-compatibility (the 'pre VR' version is much cheaper). On the other hand, you already have a DX kit lens with a more useful range for the dSLR, so this might not be an issue.
