Just purely as a matter of interest to anyone considering doing the same. We decided to old wooden frame which was rotting needed upgrading to UPVC. Below is ours being done from the dwarf wall up, A total build from ground up would be in the region of £25/30,000 for the same size 4x4 mtr approx as a general guide irrespective of shape
As it was originally

Rot setting in

end of demolishment

start of new UPVC installation

tarpaulin on to protect inside until roof glass fitted

inside at the moment

Today waiting for the guy to come and do the lead flushing sealings between house wall and new roof. Tomorrow they will be back to finish off. That will be the new heat reflecting roof panels-, edging strips -gutter and inside widow ledge.
At the moment it has only taken a day to get this far.
As I said at the beginning this is only for anyone thinking of doing the same and not for photographic merit
