Conservation and Shooting.

From seeing the first young of the year following mum through the meadows. They have had a really good breeding year, plenty of young about and in a few weeks, that process will start again. Works fine, Ade. Being dark makes them quite mean looking. Never came up against Sika. What sort of nature to they have?
 
Sika.....:suspect:...In my experience, generally secretive when in the woods. If the weather is not blowing or raining then they will venture out of the shelter and into the meadows.The hinds become quite nosy at times and will venture nearer to you, a short high pitched screech followed by a swift exit happens when the scent or work out what you are. They have got used to my hilux and Richards quad resulting in you being able to get very close to them. I think they have better eyesight than Roe,again, just my opinion, and are a very similar size,slightly bigger.

I`ll go back for the salmon soon and hopefully get better, these were taken on the lower of the three falls, the light is a lot better on the upper falls, the sunlight really reflects off the fish better.

Joke Arkady :lol: having seen some of my comments in my Thread re shooting pictures.

Yep dinner is ready for the the oven today :thumbs: don't like them hung to long.
 
Left handed shooter, but even allowing for that, that Beretta stock is way too long for him judging by how straight his right arm is.

Nice shots of the shoot, again. I will be doing the same next Monday, hopefully. He does look bloody uncomfortable with that gun though.

My thoughts too! I'm not an expert shot, but I do know that you're s'posed to be comfortable, and he looks VERY uncomfortable!

Good shots though Ade - at least someone can shoot ;)
