COMPUTER woes :(

I had much the same issue recently, memory dump, wouldnt boot up, etc etc. Turned out it was corupt data on one of the hard drives, running raid 0, took a while to find it. Tried everything first though, different ram, new raid drivers, updated bios. Had to format the drives individually in the end as it just wouldnt do it trying to reintall W7, works fine now, and touch wood, not crashed yet.

Windows 7 has a built in memory test (somewhere) - only had to use it once, but saves faffing about with iso's and discs :)

my windows 7 runs fine 24/7 so it is pointing at a hardware issue

I think the guys here already sorted the problem, you need to read the thread!

And Windows 7's memory test isn't much good if you can't boot Windows. Making a bootable memory diagnostics disk will run when you can't boot windows.
