Hi there!

I'm very new to all this, I've always loved taking photos, mainly of scenery and animals and would love to get better at it! I just want to enjoy taking photos for my own enjoyment and for friends and family etc. I'm currently looking to buy a new camera so will be reading a lot of threads to find the best one for me just now.

I hope to get to know you all better!

We certainly have - I've also got a good 'photography' friend in Forfar. ;)
 
Thanks everyone - got me a panasonic lumix TZ-7 today and been playing with it already - nothing special just wee snap shots of the animals and garden and love the quality of the shots!

doesnt matter what your camera is aslong as you enjoy the picture you take. Looking fwd to seeing you shots on here soon.
