Finally joined up after having a good look round. Been wanting a decent camera for a while so I'm finally going to buy my first this week hopefully. Will be heading down to local camera shop soon can't wait to get started.

Thanks for the replies. Yes of all the places to live the Lake District isn't too bad for photography Just bought my first camera this morning, decided to go for the Canon 550D. Can't wait to go explore but I have work at 1
