Hi guys,
I just wondered if there was anyone who might be able to offer some advice?
I'm a figurative artist (oil on canvas) and I work predominately from photographs. I have a portrait sitting arranged with a cellist, for this coming Tuesday, on location in a room I'm not sure of the lighting, so I decided to invest in a Kenro compact studio lighting kit to help me get the best portrait photography possible from which to work. The kit includes two flash heads on stands - one with a soft box and one without. Model lighting options as well as flash lighting.
I have little experience with photography, particularly where using studio lighting is concerned. The digital camera I'm using in a SLR pentax.
I just wondered if anyone could offer a little advice as to what set-up and technique I could use my lighting to the best advantage?
Kind regards
Joanne
