Compact recomendation

Brother in law is doing a bit of reporting on the local match fishing scene for a well known angling magazine. He has been asked if he could provide photos of the winners and contestants so needs a camera to fit the bill. He's not into photography so needs something simple to use and i know little about cameras in this range so looking for any recommendations or advice. He only has a budget of £150 to £200. Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at the new X10/X20/XF1 thread. I've just asked a question about these as a compacts. Used X10 models should be within the £200 budget and the XF1 a little over.

Got mine from here too.
Was after a small compact that all the family can use, have to say, its better than I was expecting.
