What card was you after?

Brand, speed?

I prefer scan disk at 60mbs unless anyone can advise

i've been using mymemory.co.uk recently, really impressed with their prices and service

Yep, they're usually very good...

However, the amazon price for the suggested card is £61.90 whereas mymemory is £75.99

you have to be a bit careful, as that's not actually Amazon who are dispatching the CF Card... and there have been instances of fakes being sold by the actual sellers. I'm not saying the company involved in this item sale has had any complaints, but just something to be aware of...

personally I only by items on Amazon which are dispatched by Amazon themselves :)

True, i noticed that it was "fulfilled by amazon" though....Not too sure what that means! :D

anyone can sell things on Amazon, it's a bit like shops on ebay in a way.
Amazon will allow 'shops' to sell through their site, and presumably take a %age of sales, but don't actually have anything to do with the sale/dispatch of the item apart from taking the payment.

I always look for "sold / dispatched by amazon.co.uk" on anything I buy.
If the price looks too good to be true, there's probably a reason!

In that case...Moby Memory used to be good back in the day.....ain't used them recently though...

I think they had one at £65ish... :)

I've been using Premier Ink a bit lately, 7 Day Shop seem to get slower and slower for delivery.

Premier Ink provide a very, very good service and after sales support. CF prices are not too bad. Just ordered 2 x 8gb Scandisk Extreme as Amazon had no stock. Arrived next day!

Theye were retail packed and cheaper than Amazon's retail packed price!

"fullfilled by Amazon" means that items are packaged/shipped by Amazon, although the goods themselves have been supplied by a Marketplace seller.
