Compact Camera with USB charging and HD Video?

I'm not even sure if such a product exists but my current Canon pocket camera is due replacing and Im looking for a small pocket camera for traveling that does the following:

1. Can be charged via a usb/Micro Usb cable
2. Can shoot HD pref 1080p video


I have a DSLR so not interested in one of those, just want something small I can put in my pocket for general travel where the DSLR is sometimes too bulky.

any ideas? does such a thing even exist?

Sony DSC-HX9V can do both. USB lead supplied. It might not be quite small enough for you but it certainly fits in a jacket pocket. I'm very impressed with mine so far.

Have a look at the Olympus XZ-1. I think that will charge with usb and shoots HD. 10/10!
