But how do i upload a picture on here? I know you click insert image but i dont know any hosts i can get a decent sized photo from up

If you don't use something like Photobucket or Flickr, and don't have your own web space to upload images to, the easiest way is to create your own gallery here on Talkphotography, and upload them there.

Once uploaded there, it's fairly straightforward to link to them for insertion in to posts.

if you use photobucket though, you can set it so that when you upload your images to photobucket, they will automatically resize to conform with the forum rules, then you just cupy and paste the link that starts with img
