What about the other half, is 'Fabliously stunningly beautastic' any more informative than "I don't like it" ?
maybe its just nicer but with an equal eureka value of 0
personally, I'd find it easier to ignore plainly obtuse comments.
Just wanted to debate this point a little, not that you shouldn't take on board these comments, especially considering the quality of Joxby's photography. (and can I also say, can I have some bloody comments of you too please then Joxby.
My disagreement comes from the fact that I think 'Fabliously stunningly beautastic' are in fact very useful things to say, and have way more value than suggested.... they're uplifting , inspirational and feed ones photographic ego and talents ... we all need uplifting from time to time so I can see nothing wrong with just saying you like something even if you can't say what and why exactly.
I want to remind all the new guys and those who feel inadequately armed with knowledge and talents, thats is especially okay just to say 'nice shot, I like that, wow, amazing etc ... always very nice for the poster, and it makes them feel more a part of our community and not left thinking there not in the clique group for the lack of replies ...there is no clique group if you don't imagine one after all. hehe.
