Colours are off

I have abit of a problem, colours on a picture when I look at it on my pc seem to be alot different to when I upload it.

Right hand side is on my PC left hand side is on flickr.

When you saved the image did you do a save for web? Saving an image for the web using that option in Photoshop reduces the image quality and sometimes washes out some of the colour from the image. I'm not an expert on colour though so I might be wrong.

Check the embedded colour profile of the image, for web I think it should be sRGB.

The simple solution is to stop using AdobeRGB as a colour space. If you're shooting jpg then you need to turn off in camera and if you're shooting raw make sure your conversion app is using sRGB when it exports files.
