Colour profiles please help

Please help me. My brain is frazzled after a horrible day at work and I have arrived home to my prints from DSCL to find that, although the fuji pearl paper used is absolutely beautiful, my black and white prints are a horrible greeny shade.

I have printed them on my Epson all in one at home and they came out really well so I just uploaded them straight to DSCL and hoped for the best.
I had never sent images to a printer before.

So where did I go wrong and how can I put it right? I want the lovely colours that I can get at home but also the wonderful quality of the print from DSCL.

Some basic questions first...

Is your monitor calibrated?
Did you send them a greyscale file or an RGB file?
Did you apply their paper profile?

No, I just hoped that as they looked good from my printer they would be close enough from any other.

You may be in luck that your monitor and your printer match!

DSCL have their paper profiles available, it may be worth applying them for any future orders.

Your monitor must be calibrated?
Send Jpg the right profile for the printer and paper?

sorry im rubbish can i ask a question? how do you calibrate your laptop to get best results?

best way is with a spyder there are many makes least is with adobe gamma
