Colour Popping help

Hi

I am having difficulty colour popping using Photoshop Elemnts 9.

When I use the brush to bring the colour through it brings through a total different colour instead of the actual colour. :bang::bang:

Anyone experienced this or knows what I'm doing wrong?

What are you actually doing? Kind of need to know so we can tell what is wrong.

Are you talking about selective colour using two layers (a full colour layer overlaid with a b&w duplicate later) and creating a colour mask?
